Up twice overnight and fussed a bit after the first time - I wisened up and realized maybe she's having a hard time breathing flat (she seems to have that same stuffy nose thing that everyone - myself included - has caught this past week)..... I dug out her bouncer chair at 1:45am (which she is getting way too big for!) and she's passed out in that... propped up she's sleeping fine :)

Anyone have suggestions for once she's really outgrown that bouncer? Maybe we just need to get some blocks and hoist the crib up on one end...

The doctor told us to put pillows under the mattress on one end to raise her head up. Good Luck

Hey- friend from DS here- you can get crib wedges from babiesrus that go under the mattress! Beware- she'll roll to the bottom! :)

We used to put a pillow under the mattress too. Worked great, until the girls slid down on the mattress. Laura is really cute! I love all of her rolls.

I know your sister, that's how I came across your blog.

Our pediatrician suggested a humidifier routinely, and when you need to, you can put a few drops of saline in her nose. Use the nasal aspirator to suck them back out (and whatever else comes with it, good for you!), and then he actually recommended putting another few drops in there and leaving them there.

I never put the extra drops in, though. I hate the feeling of water up my nose, and I imagine the saline feels the same way.
