Usually Laura takes a 20 minute am nap and a longer afternoon nap. Yesterday with going to the boat races, she had her 20 minute am nap but her afternoon nap was only about that long as well... I think she's making up for it today...
I put her down for her am nap at 10... it's now noon and she's still out!

She woke up at 12:30 - I nursed her and she went right back to sleep.. UNTIL 1:50! That makes nearly 4 hours of nap! WOW! She was the happiest little girl when she woke up :)
And surprisingly, she went down so easy tonight - no fussing. That's two nights in a row now that she's taken the pacifier and just sat in her crib holding differnet animals from her zoo and then passed out on her own. Her zoo currently consists of: 2 bears, 1 horse, 1 rabbit, 1 duck and the zookeeper dolly... not sure where her piggy went to!

I was actually starting to worry about Colin's development some, because other babies had a lot of sounds and he didn't even babble. Then, all of a sudden he just had sounds that sounded like words! I don't know that he really knew he was saying yeah, and hi I think was just repeating. It's just crazy how it all exploded. And I was beginning to think that we were a failure at signing, but a couple of weeks ago it just clicked and now he tries to sign a lot.
Whew! I'm so jealous though, sleeping for more than 40 minutes would be so wonderful!
