Yep, today is the day Laura took her first "real" steps! She was standing in the living room with her daddy and she was reaching out in front of her to get his watchband (which he was strategically holding just out of reach) and she took 3 little 2 inch steps. YAY! Of course, like most of her milestones, mommy missed it. I was in the kitchen doing something and I didn't get to see it. I did see a single step later in the afternoon though :)
We bought a couple new sippy cups today and it seems to be going well. She loves sucking down water out of either her new cup or just a regular cup.
Tried putting her medicine in her sippy cup with water tonight - that was a no-go.
Tomorrow I'm buying this nifty little gadget that will hopefully make giving Laura the medicine a lot easier. Heck, I'll take even a little easier at this point. We've wasted so much of her medicine that I'm going to have to call for a refill just so I can finish the 10 day course.

YAY Kimber! Hey, try giving her the medicine in a spoonfull of hersheys chocolate sauce. My drug rep cousin recommends that.
Wow! That is so exciting! She'll be running in circles before you know it!
